    Question Hmmm very interesting

A Louisville police officer noticed a person carrying a weapon in open sight. He asked the guy to cover it up.He said he didn't have to. So now intereested parties butt in. The guy is arrested. He is not charged with a weapons violation, but he was arrested.Couple of interesting things happening here. If he covered it, he was breaking the CCWP law. If he claims the officer was telling him to break the law, is it a legal order? This was in a private resturant or place of business. Must you have anopen and clearly visible sign phohibiting weapons? If this goes to court, it ought to be fun to watch.Whats going to happen if he sues the resturant? And last but not least, do the customers have the right to eat in a freindly safe envirement? I'm ALL for the 2 nd amendment, every legal person should have the right to bear arms. Even slow witted sight impared peculiar individuals have the right to have AK 47s, rotary drum semi auto shot guns, 20 round clips. And right across the river, a town politician is proposing that CCWP should be paid for tax payers

it was man in arbys arrested for weapon, its off the web page already. I'm starting to think this could be a prime "set up" case. They showed a picture earlier, and if looks could convict. hes taking clarinet lessons in the county jail right now. This will be plea bargined to "public nusance" probably.

Your posts on this site prove that even slow witted, reality impaired, peculiar individuals have freedom speech, might as well have 2nd amendment rights too.

Yes, but it's Ebonics. I think eubonics is a plague that makes your fingers swell up.
