River is way down. From 11am till 2pm didnt catch anything. Had a few drum hooked but they came off. Could see the bottom of the river many yards out. And walked across quite a bit of it. Shad was everywhere.

Stinks you had no luck. but with all that bait down there I'm sure the fish are full and getting fat. Just need some more rain to get the river back up a few feet.
