Republican and Democrat question?

I am just curious, as to where there are any members on this board. that have ever voted for someone other than the party you are registered with. myself I have voted across party lines many times, and can truly say that I have NEVER in my life voted a strait ticket.

I have never voted straight ticket...likely never will...and although I'm a registered Republican, I have voted for a Democrat and an Independent. For me, it's more about what the candidate stands for and what kind of person they are. That causes me to tend to vote Republican more times than not, but there have been exceptions.

Registered Republican but Independant Conservative. I will vote for anyone that gets close to what I believe....from any party, color or gender.
