I would start with the diameter and approximate length. I suspect they are 3/16x ? . Are you planning on using closed end pop rivets or do you have the skill to do it the other way (I forget the technical term)?

Well, I have finally been able to totally strip out my 1995 Tournament 17 down to the hull. I am having a huge problem finding the rivets needed to re-buck the hull where some have come out. Do any of you know or have any of these rivets and a way to get them?
Tracker--no luck
stokely's--no luck
tractor supply-no luck
ace-no luck
grainger's-maybe, but looks like the rivet shafts are going to be larger than the existing holes.
fastenal--no luck
Thanks guys for any help

The rivets I believe are .185 and are about 7/16 long...I can re-buck them but the only ones I have found are at grainger's and they are a little over 1/4 diameter. No pop rivets will work from anything that I have seen. The other option would be to drill out ALL of the hull rivets and then use bolts, neoprene washers and 3m 5200 as additional sealant.
I really am hoping I can avoid drilling out all of the rivets.
I would try Lund boat they use to have a service where you could take your boat to the factory and they would tighen and replace the rivets.
I have ordered rivets from Lowe Boat Manufactorers. There are hard and soft rivets and different metals in them. Make sure you get the right kind or they could cause problems. I would think you couldmget them from Tracker.
I got them!...
LOL,,,and not one of you all thought of me after rebuilding all them trackers on here,,,
They are out there. You may have to 50 of them to get them.
