I agree, when a person is dong what he/she is getting paid to do then I don't see them in any different light than the rest of us, that is just their career choice... If we can use the term to describe somebody, we see that on occasion on the news where somebody puts himself in harms way such as helping somebody get out of a burning vehicle... When the term is over used it loses some of it's value, politicians are the worst at trying to get mileage from calling folks heroes.

I'm pretty much finished with "debating" (using term loosely) politics on the internet with anyone...all it ever turns out to be is a poo-slinging session. For the life of me I don't see how Obama got elected in the first place...and I really don't understand the mindset of those willing to back him up today considering his performance during the past four years.

After four years, racism is at it highest level...after four years the division we have in this country today is at it's highest level that I have ever known. Then sometimes I wonder if the internet has just made everything more visible and identifiable than what it used to be. Maybe this country has always been this divded but we didn't realize it because we could not read every word everyone was thinking back in the day.

I dislike Obama...everything he stands for or represents seems to go against the grain with me...I have no need to waste my time trying to get others to agree on anything that I think is right or wrong.

I don't trust Romney nor think much of him either...but I will vote for him just to try to get Obama out.

I wish we would get a true leader to run for president, a true leader whose interets are for this country and not just himself or the political party he is affiliated with. It's hard for me to believe but it sure seems like Obama's agenda is to see this country in ruins....as for Romney...all I see him doing is wanting another feather in his cap or something more he can put on his resume.

Bottom line for me is...neither candidate appears to have the best interest of our country in his heart. But like I wrote above...I can't see four more years of ridiculous spending like we have seen during the past four years.

Question(s) - What's up with the fed's and their selling of 40 million dollars worth of bonds per month to help boost or jump start an economy that is still weak and showing signs of dipping again (four years later)? This move only acted as a band-aid before...I guess this is yet another band-aid until a real plan is in place? Apparently this will free up more money for the banks to loan? Considering the economy, does anyone really feel comfortable with taking out a loan (family of four, small company or otherwise)? After these bonds are sold, after the loans are taken out and after things get back into the same groove we're in now, then what? What's the plan then?
