And you DEAD wrong on your assessment that most are hard working people.

I can take you to the West End of Louisville, the South EAST end of Indy the South end of Chicago and GUARANTEE you I find ten of THOUSANDS of SCUM that will never work a day in their life.

If you're hard working and struggling, and don't pay taxes.......fine.

If you're SUCKING off the TIT of gubment, smokin KRAK every day, looking for your next trick, then do me a favor. **** on the end of a .357 Magnum........PLEASE.

Mr fisher, I don't need to visit the areas you pointed out, all I or anyone else has to do is visit the town or city we live close to in order to see these folks... I doubt you can find one person on this board who doesn't think the folks who use the system in the way you are referring to should be dealt with... Do you know anybody who makes less than 35,000 dollars a year?, because if you do you might very well know somebody that earns his living but is below the tax threshold... If you go to any fast food restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and more and more manufacturing plants who pay their employees less than what is required to have a tax liability you might know some of these 47 percenters... You are correct in your assumption that I never watched the videos, it is quite easy to find substantiation of whatever point a person might be trying to make by mining the internet, for the most part you have to trash the first links you find because it might not bolster your or my argument which makes most of it pretty much useless... There is information out there for whatever you might be trying to find but it has to be taken with a grain of salt as in the case with Mr. Romneys 47 percent.

Listen to the Obama video, WATCH the Romney Video. Romney tells it like it is. And Obama tells it like he thinks it should be.

Sad thing is that

* Obama really wants to take MY MONEY and give it to someone else.
* Obama thinks there should be a cap on what someone should be able to make.
* Obama THINKS companies should be capped at what they can make.
* Obama THINKS gubment is the answer, not the problem.

So what if there are honest working folks that fall into the "Romney 47%" . If you get so many tax breaks for kids, house, school, whatever then it is a FACT that you didn't pay taxes. That was the meat of his discussion.

As to your question about do I know anybody making 35k or less....sure. Lots and Lots of family members.......and most of my friends from Muncie, Indiana. Muncie used to be a manufacturing mecca, with 10,000 good paying UAW jobs. One by one, the factories........12 of them, closed. Some because of NAFTA.....But MOST because of the UAW. Yea. the UAW.

I've been on picket lines. I've seen the "solidarity". I've also seen the heartbreak of being laid off, even when the UAW "promised" it would not happen again.

SAD reality is that folks are lemmings, and will follow anyone.

The day I was old enough, I moved away, and never looked back. Most EVERYONE I know who moved away from the STRANGLEHOLD of a UNION, FACTORY job is better off......I guess they were all wrong.
