This morning I was out fishing at Jacobson Park when a LFCUG Park & Recreation truck pulled up behind me and a guy started posting a new sign with the regulations for FINS fishing.

I mosied on over and had a chat with him. He said that the switch to a FINS lake officially occurs on Monday morning (22nd). Four stocking per year (two trout, two channel catfish) and changes in the keeper regulations are the major pros and cons from the switch.
