Trolling Motor Recommendations??

Looking to replace my Motorguide Brute 55. Been good to me but looking to upgrade. I had the MinnKota Power drives from long ago. Thought they were crap.

Want: Bow mount, 24V, 75-100 lb thrust or above, cable foot control

I like my minn kota maxxim. Has the shock absorbing head on it. Never had an issue with it.

Minnkota vs Motorguide is like Ford vs Chevy. I've had both but I'm content with my current Minnkota.

I hadf a 84lb 24 volt and it pulled my Stratos 201 very well,,,was easy on my batterys too,,could Musky fish all day with no proplem

I have a minn Kota 70 # 24 volt and I beat the crap out of this thing I mean I'm brutal it has four wheel drive weather it wants to or not and its going on its 3 rd year now I just ordered 2 prop pins and a set of brushes for it I can say nothing bad about it for the abuse I have gave it . They are very easy to work on too, I just recently found that out .

Have a minnkota 70# maxium going on it's 6th year best motor I've ever owned and I fish year round 2-3 times a week.
