This bothers me as well. The federal gubment is taking control with little to no regard to the little guy or the tax payers in general. They treat themselves to royalty like lives and Hollywood status lifestyles. They are the haves and we are the have nots. This is just another crappola law that puts them on another level to shield them from taking responsibility.

Basically an update of an existing law that was enacted in 1971. Certainly bears watching to see how it is actually used. Not sure that I would claim that it was banning free speach like the judge suggests in the video.
