Friday Supper Menu: I found a 2.5lb tip roast in the freezer last night and sat it in the fridge to thaw overnight. This morning I started peeling and cutting potatoes,onion,carrot and I found a small bit of cabbage in the fridge. I placed all the veggies in the crock pot and then seared the roast on both sides in the frying pan. I then placed the roast in the pot on top of the veggies.Also added ground black pepper,sea salt,and since we don't have garlic cloves, I added some garlic powder. Filled the pot about half way with some beef broth and now we just wait. I would've added some celery but we're out. Think this will work?
If I left something out,please let me know and if we have it, I'll add it..

Yum yum!!!! I used to add Dales Seasoning which was awesome but very salty. Man I'm gonna have to make me a roast soon!
4 smoked pork chops. Slice baked ham on each. Crush ritz crackers. Spread in pan. Drop chops with ham in.400 for 30 minutes.
well last night dad made some of the fattest, meatiest, thickest most awesomeness beef ribs on the grill for dinner. Had some fried green beans, mac n cheese and some sliced tomatoes. Man what a feast I had, and the rib covered half my plate, it was so big and I actually ate the whole thing...... mom don't use the grill to cook on, she says it's only for dad to use...lol
