    The constitution was changed

It was changed several times due to voting, age, womans rights, abolishment of the poll tax. Before most of the pilgrems came to america, there was a strike by polish workers, that gave them the right to vote, 1606, these were indentured slaves. Why is it we americans want free honest elections, everywhere but here? and when the other guys vote, why do they vote contrary to our wants?

That is exactly what I want here, but the first step in having them is to be able to prove you are who you say you are. This is not rocket science. I get asked for my I.D. on numerous occasions and have never, ever in my life not been asked to show it at the polling place. I walk in, go up to the folks at the table and the ask my name, I tell them, they find it on the registry, they then ask to see my I.D., then let me sign the registry and give me my ballot to take into the booth.

I have no problem with that, but COORDINATED efforts to bus people out of precinct to vote is WRONG. AND dems have been doing it for years. Do you REALIZE that in some cases 10 -20 votes may determine an election, and if those votes come from a different location than where they are SUPPOSED to, it is ILLEGAL.

Many folks being bused somewhere else may not even know they are breaking the law. If voter roles are not effectively checked, and if ID is not effectively checked, how do we know the election in BFE county in BFE state was not rigged by a little election engineering.

    YOU KILL ME.

Just like it's not any of our faults if Obama believers are politically challenged.

As for the "soon-to-be-old-white guys" comment and becoming a minority block of voters is concerned...hate to rain on your parade Tonto but we already ARE the minority voting block. We are part of a group called the "silent minority". We don't whine, moan, gripe or complain...we roll our sleeves up and keep our heads down and get things done. We do not want any free hand outs, the only things we are "entitled" to is what we have earned. Earning one's own way seems to be far removed from the Obama believers vocabulary.

    again

I voted for nobahma, I wasn't on welfare, I've never drawn unemployment for more than two weeks. Have no police record, am a firearms owner, and a veteran. And I know BS when I hear it.Of course if I watched and listened to FOX, maybe I wouldn't be able to make that statement.Like I said before, you guys pick some real doozies for candidates.I liked mccain, but that was before the last election,Nobahma isn't much, but he's better than what you guys have to offer.Mitt, has some great qualitys, but he's just a bit out of reality. And Ryan, has he worked in the private secter for more a month? In the mean time some americans have been waiting for that "trickle down" for more than 30 years. Its pretty simple a politician will tell you what you want to hear, whether you believe him, is up to you. They all lie.

If going to the proper authority to receive an ID is too much of a hardship for you, then you don't deserve the right to vote. This just chaps my buttocks.

I'm beginning to get confused on the entire ID system. I had to get another voter ID card and, I'll swear, that was nothing but a piece of trash. It was a 1-1/2 inch wide piece of cardboard with my name and address and Precinct on the front and a signature line on the back, no photo. It looked like something a child would make. I walked down to the Sheriff's office to renew my CCW Permit; the one that had expired looked much like my drivers license with a photo ID that was one year old. The person issuing the new CCW Permit asked for my drivers license so she could see if I was who I said I was. duhhh!

People in my county who buy tobacco products, regardless of their age, have to submit a photo ID in order to make a purchase. I don't smoke, chew, or dip (lol) but I've seen cashiers ask for an ID from men that looked 75 years old. They do the same with alcohol purchases. I just don't see what the big issue is over a voter ID unless the complaintant has something to hide.

Of course you know what the big deal is...as we all do. If voter ID is required, as it always has been in my voting jurisdiction for as long as I can remember, then Obama stands a chance of not getting as many votes, plain and simple.
