Typical. Take 17 seconds out of the middle, quote it out of context, and twist the meaning. How about: "The country doesn't just succeed when just a few are doing well at the top. It succeeds when the middle class gets bigger. Our economy doesn't grow from the top down; it grows from the middle out. We don't believe that anybody is entitled to success, but we do believe in opportunity. We believe in a country where hard work pays off and responsibility is rewarded, and everybody is getting a fair shot and everybody is doing their fair share and everybody is playing by the same rules."

In other words, you not entitled to success, you must earn it. Got a problem with that?

I have a big problem with it......everybody doesn't get a fair shot nor do they deserve it. Also everyone cannot play by the same rules because we are not equal. Strong words??? Naw reality just sukks when you face it. Hard work is rewarded?? I don't believe for one minute that he believes that. He is rewarding hard work with more taxes right? I mean if you earn alot of money from hard work you get taxed more (talking about his attack on rich folks of any party affiliation) If you have worked your butt off and happen to make some serious cash on your home sale, you pay more. How is that fair? Compare that to the losers in this country that sit on their arse and expect others to pay their way...are they equal? Compare that to the high school drop out or the party guy that never planned or applied himself and bitches about folks who paid their dues and are reaping the benefits. I say no and to even suggest they are is silly.
Responsibility is rewarded??? WHAT???? ohhh like me being responsible and paying my taxes and mortgage and car payment. Not living beyond my means and taking a hit because of their mistakes? What about the millions of unemployed who are paying dearly because of their mistakes?? Responsibility isn't rewarded its laughed at by the politicians because they need it to keep their job. They are getting rewarded by living like kings and dividing the country. I'm sorry but for this turd to even say the word responsibility after all the crooked crap he has done is totally off the chain re-donk-u-lous!!!!
