I am one who really dislikes all the know-it-alls who constantly complain about coaches. But Dusty blew it in game 5 when he didn't take Latos out. The kid had obviously lost his composure, bases loaded, and Buster Posey up.

Bochy showed Dusty how to do it in game 4 when he went to his bullpen early. But Dusty blew it and got the Reds in a hole they couldn't climb out of.

Add that to the LOB total and you have a recipe for severe disappointment.

Yeah what a huge disappointment.

I work 2nd shift and didn't get to see any of this weeks games. Can't believe they lost three in a row at home.


I still think the Cardinals are the best team in the league. Yeah they barely made the post season and are tied 2-2 with Washington but if they win the next game to advance, my money is that their world champs again.

What a shame to be the best team in baseball during the regular season and then completely underperform in the first playoff series.
