Can't imagine any big name like Gruden coming here. An assistant coach looking to get his feet wet as a head coach is what they will prolly get. I hear Billy Clyde is coaching football now.....he's always good for a win or two.![]()

In no particular order:
1. Bobby Petrino
2. David Cutcliffe (Duke)
3. Mike Belloti
4. Sonny Dykes (and bring Neal Brown as OC)
5. Kirby Smart - Alabama Defensive Coordinator
Petrino will never coach at UK, UK fans need to let that one go.
Until Mitch Barnyard decides there is life other than basketball, UK will NEVER EVER EVER EVER have a good big named coach. Brooks was on the Joe B and Denny show throwing Barnhut under the bus for not doing what he promised him.
Get used to being the SEC East doormat, never gonna change and now you aren't even competitive at all. Barnshed is basketball, basketball and more basketball, football is nothing to him.
On a side note, I love Splitshot's humor, dude you bust me up, LOL...
lol Mr.Splitshot.
5. Kirby Smart - Alabama Defensive Coordinator I like this one!
I had the Arkansas and MSU games saved on the DVR and went back to watch them.
Tell ya, the biggest problem I see with this team is defensive philosophy and play calling.
Who is the D-cordinator? and why does he still have a job?
A under talented team in the SEC trying to run a 3-4 is beyond football-retardation. Not only do they run a 3-4 but they will sometimes only rush 2 and drop one into coverage. The DE dropping back in coverage is basically shadowing the outside backer and not defending any extra real estate. Then the play against Arkansas where the DE drops back to coverage and trips over the feet of the outside backer and they both get distracted and taken out of the play, a 3rd and 14 that Arkansas converted with a delayed hand off out of the shotgun.
If Arkansas lets John.L go maybe UK should give him a call.
If remember right John.L was a well respected and liked coach at UofL.
lol And if he could just do a eighth of what he did for UofL, for UK, well maybe could be onto something.![]()

I agree with Splitshot on Mike Leach. My up and comer pick would be Shawn Elliot South Carolina offensive coordinator. Not sure he would stay more than 3 years but think he has what it takes.
After getting pounded by Arkansas then coming right back and competing till the end with a top team in Georgia.
The hole in the ship is being patched up and fabricated to be much stronger.
My number one-- keep Joker.
Go Cats!
