Anybody know ..... (trout release/Jacobson Park) ??

I can't seem to find any info on if/when KDFWR released trout into Jacobson Park lake. Does anyone know if this has taken place, yet ?? Anyone been & caught any trout from Jacobson (if the release has already happened) ... and what bait was used (if you don't mind telling) ??

Trying to get a newbie angler started off & catching something other than 4" Bluegill ... LOL !!!

Just talked to the guy who was putting up the new FINS signs this morning. He seemed very knowledgeable about the situation and indicated that the trout release wouldn't be until February. However, channel catfish release is scheduled for Monday.

They are going to be releasing 4000 trout at Jacobson in October. They haven't done it yet though. Watch this link and they'll usually update it the day after they've released them.

Maybe it's trout that they are stocking on Monday then? If not, they have a short window to have it done by the end of the month.
