I would suggest for your first trip that you get a guide to take you out and put you on those gills and red ears here. Not saying you can't do it on your own, but with a day with one of our local good panfish guides can pay dividends not only for that day, but for future trips. Contacting one of these guides can also help you decide the prime time for being here (historically). Here are some guides that I would highly recommend for your trip:

If you do decide to go this route...you need to be booking very soon as these folks get booked up way ahead of time during the prime panfish periods.
