1. Possible bad switch contact in your master switch.
2. Possible bad ground to your master switch.
Does engine start/have juice to tilt trim? If so, I think the Master switch is the problem and I first try to run a jumper ground to it direct from switch to battery to see if that solves it, if not, I'd buy a master switch and swap it out to soo if that works.
