Just got home from spending Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday on the lake fishing 6a-4p each day. Today we were off the lake at noon. Mostly fished the main lake and in Skaggs Creek. Water temp ranged 55 on Monday to 58 today. Main lake was good color with visibility 12" to 18" Skaggs had a lot more color with visibility 6" or less.

Monday we caught about 20-25 fish putting 11 keepers in the boat all Largemouth. Lost a couple of keepers in the 2-3 lb range. Biggest two over 4lbs, biggest was 5lbs.

Tuesday the fish had lock jaw. Caught 10 fish 6 being keepers all Largemouth. Could not find fish anywhere. Went up Peter a little and the other side of the 31 bridge missing one other keeper there. One fish at 4lb

Today we were on the main lake all day in a steady drizzle to rain. Had our double limit of 12 by 11am. Most of the fish were kentuckys. Our biggest fish was 4.5lbs.

All fish were caught on crank baits. Most fish were sitting in shallow water. Had a great time. I love Barren in the winter. Rough too.
