Looks like a little voter fraud happening in Florida. If anyone has a few extra $$$$$, and a ounce of patriotism, Congressman West could use both.

Tim if you're referring to the St. Lucie County thing, the 141% comes from the system in place not being set up for a two-page ballot. When you go to their actual official election returns, the actual percentage of voters was about 70%.
