Fished a week or so ago and had pretty good luck. Myself and my buddy were throwing square bills. He was using strike kings 1.5 and I was using there 1.0. The smaller one did a little better. I experimented with the 2.5 with no luck. We caught all of ours in the very backs of the creeks in 6 inches to 2 feet of water, and a few off main lake points. Fished the first 4 or 5 hours of the morning. Caught 4 keepers and about 20 to 25 total.
Ive downsized everything I throw right now and for whatever reason I seem to get more bites. Not just smaller fish.
