BEST ROD FOR UNDER $100 - opinions needed

You might be able to build a rod for under $100. Not sure that it will be the best quality. Really depends on what you are planning to use the rod for. Spinning vs. baitcaster, panfish vs. striper. etc. Might also ask this question on the main forums to get some additional input.
