Defense....''Basketball''

Louisville has a very shakey offense at times this year to say the least but this defense continues to impress me. College of Charlestown is a decent basketball team and has a couple of good wins this year including one over Baylor. Louisville suffocated these guys last night on the road, it was a defensive clinic.

I'm far from ready to hang a banner, lol, but I will say if the offense ever catches up to the defense Louisville is gonna be nasty come March. The UK game will be a good one, but I think this D is too much for Kentucky this year, Witcher is to slow and others too young and shakey ball skills. Hope I'm not wrong, should be a barn burner as UK will play out of their skull against Louisville as always.

I think that's about right....except, honestly, I think Louisville will run UK out of the gym. I was at the UK/Samford Game lastnight at Rupp...first game I've been to this year...and we just aren't that good.

I'm not a bandwagon fan or fairweather fan...I'm Blue to the bone and will scream like crazy for these guys against Louisville...but facts is facts.

And that's OK. Can't be World-beaters every year. I think an Elite Eight, a Final Four, and a National Championship over the last 3 years is a pretty good run.

No doubt Brian, who wouldn't take that. I don't see a Louisville run away on this at all, I'd love it, but don't believe it will happen. You have three more cupcake tune up games until we play, I'm on the fence as to if thats a good thing or not. I'm not sure that game last night helped you that much. Kentucky played well, but good Lord Samford was awful, I couldn't watch it and had to turn over and watch the GTown game.

I still think Kentucky will be a tough out in a month or so..

I don't think you can read too much into last night's game....

Pitino has a pretty good track record with Cougars.

The game will be a slaughter. I say 20 point win by L-ville and that's with them holding back. This UK team is bad I swapped channels while watching the game last night because even though they won they looked sloppy and at times confused or not sure of themselves. Cal has a lot of work to do if he wants this team in the dance.
