Mark you questioned about how it might do during the summer? Why not include an area for outdoor car washing too? I know during the summer here in Louisville places like Hoops and Stooges really pack them in on car wash night.

Solid Platinum in Lexington does an outdoor topless car wash a few times during the summer in the lot behind their joint....they put up a big tent that you drive through....they bring in some business, no doubt.
There's usually a few wrecks at the red light in front of it, from people trying to rubber neck. LOL
It took 37 runs through it before my truck came out without swirl marks and water spots. Boy, that was a long Saturday. It was raining though, so I guess it didn't really matter.

I hear ya, not something I have ever done alot but have been in my fair share. Getting an appetite and having a few cold ones with your pals somewhere to hit another place later can be a nice and fun thing to do though.
I was sitting at the same table with Felton Spencer once when he was playing for the Utah Jazz. We were at the old Godfathers in Louisville. He had a couple of NBA buddies with him and they were super nice guys and Felton is a great fella. They were tucking 20's, where do you think the girls spent most of the night, LOL.
It was GOOOOOD to be at Felton's table, lol...
I misread that the first time, and thought for sure they had to be atleast 21 to work in those places.
Me neither.......I can never tell which pair of eyes to look at when she's talking.
I been to a couple (several couple) of those places too.
Don't feel bad, they never let me back in more than once either. :-)

I knew a girl once who made 1000 bucks a night working at PT's. She also held down another job just for benefits. Worked PT's on Fri/Sat and special occasions.
She love the easy cash but really hated the dirty old pervs..........
And no, I didn't meet her at PT's......she used to cut my hair

Whatever you do, don't hit any of those places along 31W between Cosmosdale and West Point. Most of the workers there have more ink on them than the Constitution of the US. One lady got real offended at me when I asked if that stuff on her arms and back were "the operating instructions" or just a road map to help me find my way back out.
Oh I'm just kidding. I've never been in any of those places. Trust me, I used to sell cars.
