Hey I was thinking about headin to the Ohio later on around 4. good time?and if I think I should fish the mouth of a creek or somewhere somewhat calm any ideas of where to fish don't care what I catch thanks andrew

You never know until you go. In my experience, I don't do that well when the river is falling. It should be ok in a couple of days.

I would take your strategy you have came up with and amp it up with some minnows rigged up with a 3way and catch some fiah. Ive had alot of auccess this way whether fallin or risin

Why thank you and what do you mean by 3 way? And does it matter if the are frozen or alive? And where should I go to fish if I use this method thanks andrew

I dont have mnuch success when the river is falling unless i use live bait. I would recommend live monnows over frozen. But as said above, you never know till you go.
