why is it that when the crazy killers, go on a killing rampage, that they choose innocent children or young college students, that have done no harm to the killer in any way. if they are crazy enough to do such a thing, why don't they target the crooked cops, bankers, and politician's that have done harm to them and everyone else, this way it would be of some benefit.

Because crazy people are not rational............

BUT I AGREE....kill evil people, not innocent children and teachers.

Actually.......check that......Don't KILL ANYONE, but yourself...........

Why don't we use the money we give to other nations to build better security at our public schools?

At my elementary/middle school there were three different door locations for going in and out of the school. Each door was at least a inch thick steel. All three locations stayed locked all the time and only one door an outsider could go to, to get in. Had to ring a buzzer and talk to security and they had cameras there to see who was at the door.
But this was at a private school in the late 80's and early 90's.

I attended an elementary school that had one door in the front. There were two classrooms, one for grades 1-3 and one for grades 4-6. The lunch room was in the basement and everyday mothers would take turns preparing the school lunch (yum, yum). There was one kids mother that would make these homemade yeast rolls that I have never seen anything even come close to how good they were. There was one rule at lunch that you had to eat everything on your plate before you could get seconds. I learned to eat (and like) a lot of foods just so I could get another yeast roll. In the warm months they left the front door and the windows wide open.
