MNF: Jets, Sanchez and Tebow

Thank goodness for DVR because I just got to see the worst MNF QB performance ever!

Three times late in the game they could have taken the lead and Sanchez personally hands the ball to the Titans.

Sanchez had five turnovers on him. Its Tebow time!


For all that is sanity in football, for all that is insanity in this world today, let us enjoy seeing Tebow play and remind the Jets how to win.

How Mark Sanchez is a QB in the NFL is a major mystery to me. I think he's awful, terrible, pitaful and CAN'T win.

I know I know Tebow in not an NFL QB.....Yea yea yea, he won more games at Denver that Sanchez can @ NY, LOL...

The great coach of the Jets said today that they will start the third string QB for rest of the season.

I don't know what the coach has against Tebow but gosh darn give the kid a chance!

Sanchez kept them in the playoff hunt until this week, I think Tebow would have them in the playoffs....They're D has actually been fairly stout this year....If their QB doesn't turn the ball over and gets them in field goal range every once in awhile they win several more games...They need to get rid of Rex and let him go back to being a D coordinator somewhere....They can't really get rid of Sanchez because he's owed so much money...They're in a bad spot for the next few years

I know the reason Tebow doesn't get the start. Because he is not good. Been saying it since he was in college (search this board), he is not a good NFL quarterback. He has already lasted longer in the NFL than I expected. I said three years, might take five years, but the guy is just not that good.

By far the worst MNF Q-back performance I have ever seen! Sanchez stinks...but I have to agree that Tebow also stinks. So...why not give Tebow a chance since they obviously BOTH stink? The need a change at NY.

I don't know if he stinks. I go by, does he win. I will never forget that game against the Steelers last year. What a great game! I also remember what some of the defensive players have said that have tried to tackle him. He is a beast and every linebacker and d-back that has had to tackle him knows that. If he needs a yard, my money is on him to get it. I still don't know if he will be a great QB, but I remember QB's like Billy Kilmer who was famous for throwing a dying duck on every pass. Until he gets at least half a season as starting QB under his belt, I will withhold judgement.

I would like to see him play. I understand the coaches get to see him play in practice and they get paid to make the game time decisions but I just want to see him either fail or succeed.....on the field.
