My mom has little chihuahuas and we don't let them out alone. The 5 acres are fenced in but Eagles and other birds of prey could swoop in and get a free meal. She has a 125# great dane puppy that goes out with them but I think he would run if he saw that bird coming in! He hasn't matured yet...only a little over a year old and he will be a HOSS when he fills out. They think 175 or so.Originally Posted by Shellkat
