For years my son has been collecting silver coins. During our trip up north to the old home places, he said that a certain country is closing its eyes to counterfiting silver dollars.[not japan]. So maybe the treasury dept can gather up all these coins, and use them[at collector value] to pay back some of our loans. On on of his business trips to S Africa, he on a whim bought 4 krugerrands. That was almost 14 years ago. Now at flea markets and garage sales, he has a gram scale and rare earth magnet.One of his garage sale finds was on antique road show two years ago. Guess thats how he manages to love on a teachers salary.
