This is the quick blurb that went along with the picture:

"OK everyone..... Went back to Cabela's today in the Dallas area and they explained to me that it was a mistake for them telling me it was an Obama care tax. But it is still a tax but is to be only taxed on Medical devices. .... For all the people saying they think the receipt is photo shopped or not real you can call Cabela's Sporting Goods store if you want. 214-383-0502. They were the ones that told me it was for Obama Care."

Interesting......I suspect the TAX is correct, but applied wrong on this.
