If your near the Ohio river I would hit it when the water goes down a little bit more. To find out call the mcalpine **** auto voice recording of the water level 502-775-5056. I'd wait till about 15 to 18 feet to fish down there if you fish the falls of the the Ohio use a curly tailed grub or the lure in the picture I've had best luck off the lure in the picture. Also good spot for drum/cats is the boat ramp. Hope this helps
