Question Rough River Crappie or Nolin Tailwaters?

I am REALLY wanting to get out and go fishing on Saturday, and I would like to make the most of one of the few days this winter I will get to go fishing.

Has anyone been fishing for crappie on Rough River Lake, or fishing for anything below Nolin River Lake? I'm trying to decide what would be my best bet for catching some fish, and I'm not particular on WHAT I catch, I would just like to catch SOMETHING.

If it were me, I'd hit Nolin for some trout below. Corn and garlic cheese. They shouldn't be pullin very hard since its close to winter pool, so it should be fishable.

went to rough last sat, caught fish but all were short (crappie)

We also crappie fished North Fork on Saturday and no keeper crappie in the boat.
