It's been several years for me as well but I believe you take the 22nd street exit off 64 and come down to the end of the ramp take a right and then I believe the next right and then look for a sign for Mcalpine Locks on the right. Go across the new bridge and to the end of that road by the hydros. I'm kinda guessing like I said been a while, hopefully someone who has been overthere recently can help more.Might try Map quest.
