I've seen this petition, someone on Facebook encouraged me to sign. While I'm definitely Pro-anything that's Anti-WBC, I just don't see what this is going to accomplish. They're already being watched by the Southern Poverty Law Center, and I'd bet my bottom dollar the FBI is at every one of their protests. And they haven't done anything violent, or even illegal, as far as I know, so it's unlikely that Obama would give them that designation based on a petition. As despicable as they are, they're also pretty harmless. The Patriot Guard Riders do a real good job of handling them, and my hat's off to them for it. Several times the WBC has been so outnumbered by anti-protesters that they've just packed up and left. To me, that's the way to handle these idiots; we don't need Obama to tell us what we already know about them.
Online petitions never accomplish anything.
Well intentioned, but the government can't do anything without further hampering all our rights. I'm not about to sign up for any of that. Another poster pointed out that Americans are handling that group of publicity hungry scumbags in their own ways.Hey guys, please look into this.

Best way to get rid of them is to not recognize them.
"Already long ago, from when we sold our vote to no man, the People have abdicated our duties; for the People who once upon a time handed out military command, high civil office, legions — everything, now restrains itself and anxiously hopes for just two things: bread and circuses."
Satire X, Juvenal, ~100 AD
