It is a nice little lake with some good fish in there. I have not been there in a couple years but it use to be a $5 launch fee and trolling motor only. I think it was closed on Sun and Mon but I cant be sure about that. You also were suppose to wait for the guy to "open" before you pay him and launch and he never was in a big hurry. Sometimes I would just take an envelope with me and write a note with my name and number and vehicle description and the $5 and tape it to the door.

Went a few years ago with a buddy and once we finally found the ramp....it was closed. I believe it was a Sunday we were there. Good news is we went to a different lake and smacked em pretty good fishing from our Yaks. I always wanted to go back to Greenbriar in the Spring.

    Greenbriar

I used to fish there quite a few years ago. Back then it was trolling motor only, as mentioned. Seems like the ramp was good but steep. There were some decent largemouth in the lake/reservoir but you had to wade through 500 slicks to get one keeper. There is a small population of native smallies but I only saw 2 caught the whole time I fished there. Most people, back then, fished for bluegill. Shoreline cover was (maybe still is) abundant. Hope you get on 'em.

Yep, that was a Sunday. The buzz bait bite on Corinth that day was great Still need to try Greenbrier from the yaks at some point. Looked like a lot of good timber on the shore line.
