    My orginal thought was you need a new rod to handle the weight of this 5+oz bait even though they say it doen't pull much harder than the 6xd. Maybe a 7'6" to 8' H/M or H swimbait rod. There are companies already making a rod for this bait. A good bait for deep ledge fishing.
