If a rock put a hole in my hull, should I be glad I don't have to take responsibility, and expect the boat will now not sink even though I put a hole in the hull too?

Blinding flash of the obvious.....our envirnoment is changing due to natural occurrences. So therefore, we can do as we please because we have some where to dump the guilt.

I don't know, I think I'll take a chance on doing what I can to clean up the mess I make, and hope mother nature is nice enough to do her part too. Cause if I do, and it's truely not my fault, I can at least with a clear conscience truly blame my demise on "circumstances beyond my control", and go quietly knowing I did my part.

Now excuse me, I have to put a new 3/4 cam, and twin 4 barrels on my 600 hp truck.
I have guilt but it has nothing to do with how I treat the environment. I do my part for clean air and water....
I recycle, mulch my grass clippings, use flutulante, don't smoke, drive a 6 cylinder, grow veggies, use 5hp outboard most of the time, keep my house cold in the winter, hot in the summer(no typo), use paperbags for leaves in the fall, use timers on my lights and don't litter.
Now the flip side, folks who don't recycle, clog the dumps with clippings and plastic, fart like cows, eat fast food and litter, feel they can run their big old outboards up and down lakes and spew fuel into the water, drive old v8 trucks that get 8mpg and feel the world is their dump site need to be terminated...no exceptions.
of course if your Al Gore you can do whatever you like because you are smarter than everyone else. You managed to make millions off of what is being proved to be inaccurate data. He did all that while zipping around in jets and surburbans. Plus truth be told his flatulance is worse than a cow...at least that's what I read on HIS Internet thing.
One last thing....Coal would have kept the lights on at the Super Bowl!!!! Instead we get some greenie turning off lights because the carbon footprint had been maxed out. HAHAHAHAHA
