    There is a lot of info on the web about preparing asian carp. They look crazy tough to clean.........but from what I understand from some of my Asian coworkers (Chinese and Korean), they are pretty **** good to eat.

    I'm going to have to try it sometime.

    I'm not skared.........I actually hear it is a very firm/fleshy whitefish.

    I will make it a point to take / kill /filet one this year.

    I watched Tim Farmer do a show on eating these fish last year (I think). I believe he bow hinted the fish and then fillet it and cut it into chunks and deep fried it. Either way he talked about the quality of the meat so it must decent. I'm not going to run out and try it though.
    Watched a you tube vid of Tim eating these fish that were smoked and that were processed like tuna fish. Gonna be ironic if this fish goes from a pain in the buttocks to desired fish.

    Those are the nastiest fish that swims, you guys go ahead I ain't NEVER gonna be that hungry.

    Tim Farmer would eat dirt if it had enough Hot sauce on it, LOL...Sorry Tim I had to....
