My name is Chris. Im new to the forum, I joined after reading a few posts about some of our local lakes. First of all I finally purchased a boat! Was wondering if the fishing has gotten any better at bluegrass pits.. I heard rumor that the past couple years they have been restocking but ive never had any luck out there so I just havent went back, Sadly our smaller lakes in Indiana tend to get overlooked,, forcing local fishermen to migrate to Lake Monroe or Patoka Lake, it seems our state doesnt take as good of care of our fish or wild game like other states do,,, Also does any one know why Gibson Lake at the power station is STILL closed to boaters and fishermen,,, DNR says its open but when you drive out there they wont enven allow anyone to drive up to it to look at it... thanks for your help!
