I've been making my own bass Jigs and was wondering what's the best type of paint to use?
As far as brands I'm not sure. But I love Powder paint, it goes on easy and cures up nice all you need is a heat gun ($15) just heat the head, dip, knock off excess and heat a little more to get a good cured, hard coat!
Powder paint is the way to go. The link below shows how to make a fluid bed. I made mine for about 30.00. Also get an inexpensive toaster style oven so you can bake the jigs to cure the paint.
