Should be a great race this year. Can't wait to get the surround sound cranked up in the garage.

True this is a great opportunity to do that, I really hope she does and I hope she runs with the big dogs but I have watched her since she started in this and I don't think she has the nerves that it takes. She is great for Nascar but as a long time fan she hasn't proven anything to me.

Can I do better? Nope, but until she shows she can run without wrecking, getting wrecked or just making dumb mistakes I think she is just a pretty girl braking (pun haha) into a sport dominated by men.

I have a different take......I don't think anyone ever thought she'd win an indy car race, but she did......and she has quite a few solid finishes.

You are definitely right about nerves though....I've seen some races where she "pulled out" of it instead of taking the risk necessary to win.

I don't know, but you ARE DEFINITELY there with the fact that she has done a lot to help the sport. And she sure is easy on the eyes.

I think she is great.

But I do not want dating talk and the likes mixed in with my NASCAR. But I guess its too late now huh?

I see on satellite radio, each race there are about six different drivers head sets you can listen to during the race. Might be a lot better than the announcers because you know all they are going to talk about is dating.

I just want to hear about tires, motors, air fuel mixtures, suspension, transmissions and the likes. Love when they do the "crank it up" and only audio is the actual race.

Yep it's to late. They have become the NASCAR talk. She will wreck and they will start back into the details of the race. I haven't kept up with any new rules or points or changes to the car for this year. I'm sure they will explain if any have taken place.

I want her to race in a Thong maybe that would keep my interest for longer than say 10 minutes. How you guys watch a whole race is beyond me, lol...
