They are grounding the F-35 again. The cost over run has been fantastic.Why? Simple rube goldburg engineering. First we want speed,the human body can only take so many Gs.So we speed a few billion to solve part of the problem, and still have a fighter. Then its stealth,on a fighter? But wait we solve that almost, so we add bombs and missles for ground support, cutting down on speed and stealth.Another few billion, and we almost solve that problem. NOW its got to be VTO, there adds more engineering, more billions. Is china going to attack us, in america? Is iran going to build a huge navy to attack us here at home? So we think were safe, then some geek with a lap top blows up the whole world by mistake, Go figure
