    Licenses Expire

Don't forget to renew your license. They expire at midnight on the 28th.

Thanks for the reminder. I actually forgot since I haven't been fishing much.

Got mine yesterday. They're white this year, don't get them mixed up with your receipt. Thanks for the reminder.

Are they still the cheap plastic stock license where theres not enough room to write on them and all the printed information wears off and they cant be read?
I came across some of the older Kentucky hunting ans fishing licenses and they were made out of a wax paper type of material and seem to be a lot nicer that these new junk ones.

Good, mine isn't the only one where the writing on it fades.

I print mine off the internet, then laminate it and my registration . Been known to wade fish unintentional and having a specific fishing wallet helps.

Printed my KY license last night off the internet. Just to be safe, I print off 3 copies. One for the boat, one for my wallet, and one to keep at home just in case something happens to the other two.

I order and print mine from the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources - Homepage site as well. I "print" the page to PDF and store that. Then I print copies for my wallet, guest boat tackle bag and one to store on the boat. I can always call up the PDF again and reprint if needed.
