I appreciate it Mark. All about priorities in life. I have seen some people that have there's messed up but my daughter takes the cake. When snorting a crushed up pill is more important than your baby, you have issues in a bad way. But at least my Grandbaby is safe and I know she is safe, healthy, with food, clean and sleeping in her room every night

I believe Kentucky requires the SS number because they weed out dead beat dad's this way. You don't pay your child support you don't hunt or fish.

You don't pay child support you don't hunt or fish legally...there is a difference. What makes a person who is a dead beat want to pay for a simple license anyway? I guess it caught a few?? I hate that it imposes on us who either pay their share or don't have a dog in that fight.

For what it's worth Mark I think that guy/girl has some serious issues. Wouldn't bother me if he/she never came back. We all get bothered by someone but as adults we move on...this little man/woman just sits back and tries to start junk and then leaves for a while. I'm sure he has been warned about this....just waiting for him to step over the line and be gone.
