The idea for sequestration did come from the White House, as news accounts made clear at the time. Jacob J. Lew, then Mr. Obama’s budget director and now his nominee for Treasury secretary, was the main proponent.

Low Information Voters. I've always said there should be a test. While there are a quite a few Low Information Voters on the Right, there are quite a few MORE on the Left. I guarantee there are significantly more folks on the left that have no clue. Hell, just watch some of the silly ass voters that have been interviewed who voted for Obama.
