It is connected via storm drain to Ellersie which is across the road. There hasn't been a mesh yet invented that won't allow some fish of some size through. I would image there is a little bit of everything in there.

Not likely ... unless the mesh will allow a 8-9" Trout to pass through. (that's the size they're stocking with)

If you want Trout fed Bass ... Cedar Creek has been stocked with Rainbow Trout !! (though, I don't think it has been designated as a FINs lake)

I bet the mesh is no tighter than a chain link fence. They gotta let the normal debris flow through.
