replaced all the rivets from waterline down,new sealed wood,carpet..this boat was all the way down to a 200lb bare hull,,lightened up by taking all the water logged foam out,,this thing will be faster and draft less water..

I had the deck and foam and everything else out of my boat once. Took it down to cox's park and that thing was rocket fast. It went on plane in two seconds which is close to immediately. The guys from Arnold's Boats that were on the ramp were cracking up.
