How quick we forget, wasn't it about 3 years ago that the heat in chicago killed over 110 people in one week.They were too old and feeble to go and steal an air condtionare,or too proud to ask for a fan.

How many millionares are there in prison? How many belong there? The legal system isn't for poor saps.Lawyers dont work fpr IOUs. a simple second class felony the fee starts at 5000 before court.A public defender will only plea bargain. a friend of mine had a kid picked up with a bag of "ditch weed" thats commonin northern indiana.It probably had a street value of a buck a pound compared to the mexican good smuggled stuff. It cost over 15000 bucks to get a reduced charge trial.If this kid didn't have parents with cash, probably 5 years in jail. Look at OJ or Blake and that other movie guy with natalie woods.Money BUYS justice, poverty gets you jail time.

PD don't just plead out their clients. I know I got to court a couple times a week. Your friend got railroaded big time.

I wasn't going to try and qualify 4 billions crimes on the books, I'm talking about the abuse our system gets by slick lawyers, ridiculous laws and out of touch Judges. How many times have we heard or read about some gang violence, murder or whatever and the convicted person gets to live off the system for the rest of his life? Wouldnt bother me to hang a few child killers or clean house on a few mass murderers and be ALOT more strict on crimes in general...again I'm talking in general terms so if you have a friend of a friend who was caught stealing women's underwear and eating them-I'm not talking about him.

Poor or non-rich people can get breaks from police and I'm living proof. I wasn't the best teenager and young man when growing up and even though my discretions were minor they were many. So it goes both ways it just depends on the circumstances.

There are a few Millionaires in prison but there should be alot more....many of which are political figures. I agree that when it comes to justice, mega money can buy some breaks. I don't like it but that's the way it is. Heck look at the Kennedys.

Name a few pure individuals who steadfastly uphold the law? A whole lot of house holds in the city are armed.Is that law abiding?What about the gun shows and firearm dealers in the out side of chicago, selling weapons to folks for resale in the city,are they law abiding?JUust who the hell in america follows all the laws? Hall talks about children of crack ho's growing up peretuating a dynasty. But if that 7 ft tall ghetto warrior, who's semi literate can play bassetball, then hes a UK recruit.

I don't know the gun laws in Chicago do you?? So your telling me it's illegal to sell guns at gun show outside of Chicago if they end up in Chicago? Look, if the law doesn't tell me to track where the gun goes how is that transaction illegal? Come on man, you know at some point doing something wrong with a gun is a personal responsibility.

I do remember that and it was all GW's fault!! Hahahah now what do you mean here? Global warming killed them? It would have been ok if they had someone steal stuff to keep them cool?? Maybe Oprah should have given out AC units to all those poor folks instead of giving out cars and stuff to people at her shows??? Dang racist!
