I use an entire separate soft bag for mine with 4 inside plastic trays. I keep them completely separated from my other stuff...

I use one of the Plano double sided clear boxes. Holds alot of baits and has the "V" in the bottom that seems to hold the baits a little straighter but they still get tangled....purchased a few of them years ago.
