A lot of guys like to fish the lower end because of the water clarity and the main structures still being deep enough to hold fish. I have success fishing the mouths of first order streams, basically surface water runoff areas. These serve as highways connecting the river channel to the bank. They do not show up on a topo map, but you have to look at the land above water and find low points dividing the terrain.

In 2 weeks, if the warming trend that is starting tomorrow holds, tepms should be around 48* The lower end, say from Red Rock down should be your best bet. I can't ehlp much, the ground hogs are all on my spots. It's really low.... T
