    This is a database that the FBI already has access to, and always has. I think most people know that cash transactions over 10k trigger alerts; that's pretty common knowledge. What this does is give more agencies access to that data. I'm not sure that's a bad thing. And I'd love to see what your post would look like if Obama had blocked this and Al Quaeda had been able to cover up some transactions as a result.
